• For Sydney Campus call College of Complementary Medicine on (02) 9482 3603 to arrange an interview or email at info@ccm.edu.au
• Attend arranged interview with your completed Application Form
If your application is successful and you have been accepted on the course, you will receive a Letter of Offer. The letter will invite you to next enrolment sessions with dates, time and details of what you need to bring.

REQUEST FOR VET FEE-HELP ASSISTANCE OR UPFRONT FEE PAYMENT (OPTIONAL)
If you wish to apply for VET FEE-HELP assistance to cover all or part of your Tuition Fees, you will need to
• Download VET FEE-HELP Information Booklet (also provided at the Enrolment Day)
• Complete a Request for VET FEE-HELP Assistance Form available at the Enrolment Day.
INCIDENTAL FEES
If you would like to make any upfront payment of fees, please bring this with you on the Enrolment Day.
Payments accepted:
• Credit card - all major credit cards excepted EXCEPT American Express
• Cash
• Cheques payable to Phoenix Institute of Australia.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL) AND CREDIT TRANSFERS
• All credit transfers and RPL application must be finalised prior to starting the course.
